Accuracy costs performance, you dumb nigger. Every emulator gets slower as compatibility improves. You worry about clawing some of that back via optimization when you reach a decent state with actually running the software library you're targeting. I could emulate most PS2, GameCube and Wii games at full speed on my Phenom II X3 720 back in 2009, because those emulators were a lot less demanding (and less accurate back then). I still remember when Dolphin 4.0 came along in 2013 and suddenly everything ran like shit because they'd made a ton of accuracy improvements and my shitty CPU no longer cut the mustard. But instead of crying about it like a little bitch I just upgraded to a 4790K the following year.

The OG Xbox was a Halo machine, and nowadays that can be played on PC. Almost everything else on the console could be played on PC or PS2.

Cxbx-Reloaded is a joke and an inherently dead-end project. It has much lower overall compatibility than Xemu, whatever examples you wish to cherrypick. HLE will never produce worthwhile results in the long run. Its only use is allowing retarded brown third worlders (such as yourself) to play things on a dilapidated shitbox. Xemu may or may not one day play every Xbox game in an accurate manner, but we already know that Cxbx-Reloaded never will.

While this is actually sound advice, don't play unverified romhacks or dumps on Project64 1.4/1.6 or ZSNES since infected ROMs can take advantage of arbitrary code execution exploits in these emulators and fuck up your PC.
