he's a bit of a silly character in concept, but they've done a lot over the years to portray him as a powerful guy in canon.like that bit in V where he just takes that SnH Ryu punch and doesn't even flinch.

>>12480296Yeah they made him pretty OP in the Street Fighter II V anime series. Hell even in the film he was about to beat Honda before Ryu's presence messed him up. He's basically the original gimmick/freak archetype character of fighting games so it's easy to forget how legit he is both canonically and gameplay-wise in at least some of the games.
