None lol. Dark Messiah or King's Field however the other one is linear garbage and the other an RPG so realistically Hexen and its expansion.

First-person/labyrinth level/adventure/melee/whatever games just didn't trend and peak like them dukenukems and dungeoncrawlers.

Witchaven has no successors.
