It's a port of the game gear version, but the generic anime girl is replaced with Dr. Grant(who uses downscaled and redrawn sprites from the Genesis version).

Isn't the character in the Game Gear port supposed to be Ellie? Anyways, both the Game Gear and Master System titles were peak Jurassic Park video gaming for me.
