Does this happen in real life LA?
>>12492493san andreas on ps2 has a lighting bug that gaslited tons of latinxes into thinking that what the game is supposed to always look like , hence them making 'mods' that intentionally break config files to look like the broken ps2 version
My only exposure to LA is from movies, games and the news so I can only assume GTA SA is accurate.
>>12492679left unironically looks better. sharp lines like the right image do not exist in real life. you cannot pour concrete at such a severe angle.
>>12492493Absolutely not, the Sun sets at 8:07 PM on the summer solstice in SoCal and that's the latest it will get. It being daylight at 10:00 PM is more like what happens in Sweden.
Golden hour is a real thing that happens an hour after sunrise and an hour before sunset. Other anon is right about it happening way too late though
>>12492493Its the smog
>>12492493I live on the East Coast. During the mid-to-late summer, it can still be twilight around 8 to 9 PM.
LA is at 34N, the days are shorter during summertime and longer during winter relative to more northern regions. There is also no extended twilight, things go from full daylight to darkness like flicking a switch.
>>12492687>looking like shit is...le based!
>>12492629if it were a bug, rockstar would've fixed it before release
>>12493372
>>12492629Good too see that mentioned. The myth that it was meant to be that way is really persisant, and the way people often explain it by claiming that the PS2 had some sort of magic hardware that made it the only machine in the world being able to generate a red hue is retarded as fuck.>>12493372They fixed it in the pc version.
>>12492629>>12493934Surely the red sky during rain on pc was also intended but didn't work right on ps2, right?
