Headache-inducing soundtrack, garish visuals, awkward controls, bland level design, unsatisfying weapons, bullet sponge enemies that are awkward to hit, constant blind leaps of faith, enemies that one-shot you from off-screen. Nothing in the game has any impact or reaction, it just feels so bland.
