There's some fun to be had with Durandal for sure but the entire trilogy is filled with bullshit, tedious level design and monster closets. I don't recommend it, if you're a sperg for the lore just read the terminal rips online.

Marathon was an absolutely awful game, even when I was a kid I knew it was complete garbage. And it's not surprising this place is such an absolute dump now you've got underage third worlders making threads about some random e-celebs "lore vid".

I thought it was pretty fun and still very unique, for both better and worse. It's not very long, just play it if your interested.
