What do I need to know for a knife-only, all enemies run?

A few things beyond the usual for RE knife-only runs. Know which arm Nemmy attacks with, and run the other way around him. The timing window for a dodge is entirely dependent on which direction the attack is coming from. Meaning if you are being attacked from the front, you have about 3/60ths of a second to hit the button, 9/60ths from the sides, and about 16/60ths of a second when from behind. You can dodge attacks from the front, but due to the tightness of the window it will be mostly luck, and attacks from the side aren't much better. With practice, you can dodge pretty much every attack from behind quite reliably. Normally with guns you don't need to even bother, but dodging has a use in a knife-only run.
