Not really since n64 had the power to do it unlike ps1, problem is it would have been a better game then the one on ps1 and arcade coming close to doa2 quality.
Ps1 fags are butthurt because if you take the only 60 fps game from their library the ps1 and subsequent consoles look bad as well because n64 could have pulled a better dead or alive game, more detailed and with more pantyshots and better boob physics then what they got, specially if the game used expansion pack.
