It would just be some shitty shooting gallery game where you have to aim with the left stick and shoot targets. There would be random cutout pics from the movie moving across the screen for bonus points and maybe a couple sound bites but ultimately it would have nothing to do with the movie.

Like you'll hear a horn beep and a pic of a LeBaron will slide across the screen, or you'll start hearing backwards man and gord in a suit slides across the screen. He might not even be wearing the suit backwards.

It'll have 3 "stages" that are all the same but with different colors but they repeat after you clear the last one. No lives, time limit, ammo limit, you play til you get bored.

I always envisioned it as a third person action game which was most licensed games during that era. It has countless potential for awesome weapons and power ups. Elephant dick, baboon eyes, cheese helmet, jewels, baby swung from an umbilical cord, X ray cat mode, stringed sausages etc. You can skate or use your Lebaron and even the helicopter as vehicles.

Biggest problem is there's only really one enemy in the movie (your dad).

>one enemy
You forgot...

Maybe a beat'em up would've more appropriate. These are cheap to make and they could cram as many movie references as they could. Plus the genre is ripe with wacky examples, so it's fitting.
Maybe his shitty cartoon doodles could've been bosses.

It was too early for 3PS and a 3D adventure game like simpsons hit and run would've been too risky/expensive/overly ambitious to make.
Plus, the movie was already a nightmare-laden production chaos with so many controversies and weird censorships. It really... "broke new ground"...

I think those 3PS works best with things like Scarface or Max Payne. A little more serious i suppose.

Beat em up is a pretty good idea. Perhaps a mix of genres would work best like the Aqua Teen game. A good way to regain health would be a rhythm minigame where you whack Betty's legs correctly until she sucks you off to 100%.

Dude, that Aqua Teen PS2 games should've been it lmao
It's exactly in the spirit of the movie

>betty jobs-of-blow
Yeah, that wouldn't fly. Censors would be lit up the fuck with christian parents waiting outside with pitchforks.
Look how they freaked out with GTA SA's shitty kamasutra clothed minigame.

Rockstar was already avoiding using Mercedes as a romantic interest for Tommy, probably because they were told this wouldn't fly in a videogame already so violent and sexual. They were already on thin ice.
I've read somewhere the ending of VC was supposed to be a huge orgy with many of the characters from the first mission, but they scrapped it and opted for the "bloomer" ending.

You could easily just pan the camera away or make the screen black out. The movie itself didnt even show anything.

Stargate SG1 and Trigun
Both had games in development but nothing ever came to light

I ain't a fucking weeb, but when i was a little boy i really liked shinzo.
A PS1 game would've been awesome
Maybe i wouldn't have become a fucked up detached loser if it existed...

I haven't visited it since then and i don't want to. I did that with power rangers wild force and hated myself for it lmao

A Freddy Got Fingered game would have like a $15000 budget. Tom Green would have needed to find and fund someone himself and probably give them a copy of the DVD. I would fully expect it to be a 6th gen cross between something like thunder in paradise and Hong Kong 97.

Maybe they could do an FMV game. It'll just be the full movie front to back but with little qtes and mini games. When you've gotta smack the girls legs a qte will start and if you don't hit the button the screen will turn red and say game over. Or when you milk the horse you'll have to tap a button or the screen will turn red and say game over. Daddy would you like some sausage will have arrow keys you have to hit on time like parapa and if you don't the screen will turn red and say game over.

Ender's Game
>Slice of life interaction
>The battle school war games as like a running tournament through the story
>The in-universe "simulation" game fighting the aliens
Imagine Harry Potter mixed with GunBuster/Eva. I read the shit out of this series in the late '90s.

I have a copy of the laserdisc box set myself and it's fucking cool, lots of inserts and nice art. Got it incredibly cheap from Japan, seller actually listed as only the first LD plus the box and I received the full set as pictured for the price of one disc.
