Zelda ocarina of time, in retrospect, was way ahead of its time more than you might think. the zombies were m-rated shit. lots of vidya gets T or M ratings for f-bombs, racist jokes, having a brewski, taking a puff, or having a bit of fun with a cutie. but ocarina had zombies jumping on your back to loudly drink your brains, after forcibly freezing you with a screech.i'm amazed at how many 90s cartoons had racist or sexist jokes, or straight up drug jokes, and now everything is so squeaky sanitized. it's really jarring.now whenever i see some 90s lookin goofy thing, and suddenly it gets racist and does crack right in public, i go "oh yeeeeaaaahhh, 90s toons really were like that".
Stop liking Nintendo
This board is like an abusive relationship. You want to leave and you know that your life will improve after cutting such bullshit out, but that small part of you that believes things will be different keeps you in.
