This guy wrote a book that goes more in-depth on his projects than his website does. If I had access to a CNC machine and a lot of time I would try to make my own portable

He has a YouTube channel where he did a teardown of the SNES PlayStation some years back. I don't know how active he is these days, last I saw he was pontificating about politics.
