Do i need original controllers to properly play Fzero X and GX through emulators? Its what the youtube man telled me
Best to play them as intended, so yes
>>12522013Man I don't know, there are a lot of controllers out there and probably some of them would be good enough and some would not.
Youtubers are always shills so you should do the opposite. Get a real gamecube and use a 360 controller.
>>12522013>Do i need original controllers to properly play Fzero X and GX through emulators? Not really, you just need to calibrate your sticks in both the Dolphin and F-Zero GX settings.>Its what the youtube man telled meMost, if not all, of the YouTube guys are unemployed dudes who post here as well. Their opinions are just as valid as any others shared here, if not less valuable.
>>12522045>>12522025i was sadly wondering what happened to the sega system autist
>>12522013dunno about X but I play GX just fine on my xbox pad.

>>12522013There isn't a single Gamecube game I've ever emulated where I've thought "man, this would be better with a gamecube controller".
>>12522013>Do i need original controllers to properly play Fzero XNope. Just make sure you're using an emulator that lets you reduce the sensitivity. Otherwise it's nearly unplayable.>and GXNope. Just calibrate your stick in the Dolphin controller menu and you're good.
You can get away with setting the N64 emulator to 70/80% sensitivity to prevent unwanted sliding. I dunno about GX.
