>world where everyone is made of single-color plastic>except the girlsThis seems both unnecessary and jarringly inconsistent.
You made this because of my Brigitte bleu post in the waifu thread
The army men games were turboslop. They really could have done something fun with them, but instead just dumped out five completely generic titles each year till they lost money.
>>12522691She's a barbie-type toy, whereas the rest are army men toys.
>>12522696The difference between them and Mario is army men wasn't first party slop
>>12522698I've always liked that idea. I only played a few of these games as a kid, but I remember they rarely took advantage of the fact that the characters were toys. Then again, maybe I'm misremembering.
>>12522703Even if you count all the various Mario spin-off titles like RPG/Paper Mario, Kart and Tennis since 1985, it still probably only adds up to about the same number of Assassin’s Creed games released since 2007 or just a bit more.
>>12522694You caught me.
>>12522725The early games really liked to play with the idea of kid-friendly plastic "gore" in the game over cutscenes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VqJkXCk2VNQ
All I hear is catdog
>>12522691Stop being lame. It makes the girl soldiers even cuter.
>>12522762Its missing the magnifying glass death scene where the soldier is melted in to a puddle.
>>12522696>turboslopSarge’s Heroes on n64 was actually good and even challenging in parts.
>>12522691I dont remember ever seeing a woman in my bag of green army men.>>12522696Sarges war was the only "good" game. Its a shame the game after that starts with sarge being melted in a microwave.
>>12522691You never played with toys as a kid?
>>12522868That one is from Army Men 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9doT02nWzSM
>>12522915Even if you’re going with the Toy Story theory that she’s from a different toy line, what toy line? She still has green hair and army pants and she’s the same scale as Sarge. A Barbie doll would be significantly larger than your standard old school green army men.
>>12523213Can you just jerk off to her like a normal person you autist.
>>12523237It’s called world building continuity and attention to detail, like Toy Story has.
>>12523239I doubt 3DO gave a single shit about attention to detail when they were pushing out 20+ games in a single franchise in less than half a decade
>>12523213She's a knockoff Polly Pocket wearing hand-me-down army clothing.
>>12523213She's one of those Happy Meal Barbies that actually were Green Army Man-sized
Tina Tomorrow is my wife
>>12522691they wanted to have a Lara Croft character, and green skin wasn't making horny males want to fuck their character, they changed the color and voila.I'm surprised they actually were able to make so many decent games with all the releases they had. The RTS games were fun, Sarge's heroes' was fun, the hellicopter game was fun, the other games were definitely flawed but had some fun aspects to them. I'd unironically buy an army men game that compiled them all.
>>12523213She came from a failed line of Army Women toys.
If I understand correctly:She is canonically the daughter of a green army man. She canonically has a mother, but the nature (toy species or whatever) of the mother is never specified. So maybe she is a crossbreed? But there are occasionally other lady toys who aren't solidly green or tan like the army men are: https://armymen.com.ar/website/army-men-lore/toykind-lifeforms/dolls/Overall it seems like there may be room for a reasonable canonical explanation to exist, but that there probably isn't one.
