I remember Caverns of Hope. It was a sad day when they announced it would be shutting down.
The ROM is also in the No-Intro set as "Ecco the Dolphin (USA, Europe, Korea) (Rev A) (Beta) (1993-06-29)" labeled as a beta even though it's technically just an unreleased revision.
