I made a post a while back about how I wasn't exactly having a blast with the Sega Saturn. I had picked up Panzer Dragoon Zwei and Nights Into Dreams, but neither game gave me that "wow" factor of owning a Saturn like I had hoped. While at a convention, I found a complete in box Burning Rangers--one of the games I dreamed of owning when I picked the Saturn up--and being a big fan of sunk cost fallacies, I decided to get itFor anyone who has seen my posts on this board, it started with me not feeling too great about my Sega Saturn purchase (thank you for not completely destroying me for that one)

Losing so bad
I've beaten a dozen games on the Saturn so far. I recommend giving Elevator Action Returns and Darius Gaiden a shot, especially if you have friends to play co-op with. Buying CIB games at auction is nuts. Consider getting an ODE for optimal performance and less pain to your wallet instead. Fenrir is good.
