These Pokken controllers are literally the best controllers to use for classic games if you're emulating or using a MiSTer. I bought one back in the Retro Pie days (remember when everyone was making those?) and I still use it for emulators today because it's so much better than using a Dualsense or anything else. Literally nothing else can compete.

I would if I was selling something

Let me guess they are hella expensive
>>

Are you specifically talking about this 3rd party Hori variant for the Wii U? Or the Switch model Hori also released? Or was there an official one?
>>
>>12538113
I doubt it? They were made for Pokken, and Pokken is pretty old now but it's at that point where it's not old enough for people to think it's worth anything so you can probably get the game and these controllers for cheap
>>
>>12538125
Isn't the Switch model the same exact controller as the ones for Wii U?
>>
>>12538128
I'm not sure, only started looking at this after seeing this thread and noticed there appears to be a couple of models/variants. You may be correct looking at some of the photos, seems basically identical. Might pick one of these up, been needing a good d-pad for retro gaming and Tetr.io - thanks anon!

i would refuse to pay more than 5 bucks for some ugly basic shit like that.
>>
>>12538095
That's nice and all but the 8BitDo Pro 3 is better. It's perfect for retro games AND modern games.
>>
>>12538095
reminds me to that gamecube fighter controller that had a D-pad that wasn't horrible
>>
Does the switch version let you re map buttons from the home menu? I would get one for indie 2D shit if they can be, since Nintendo were fuckers and wont allow it for their retro online service controllers.

>no d-input over the wireless dongle

I owned this controller and it's a huge piece of shit. Please disregard OP it's cheap as fuck and the D-Pad is stiff garbage.
>>
It's alright, I liked using it to emulate shit like NES and gameboy games. I don't really care for the ZL/ZR placement it made switch games that can't rebind controls kind of dumb, also the face buttons are printed so they'll wear off over time if you actually use it a lot like I did.

>They were made for Pokken, and Pokken is pretty old now
What the fuck is a pokken?
I just googled it
>not retro
>its just some random modern fringe pokemon thing for the switch
Jesus christ

Have you heard of our lord and saviour, XInputPlus?
>>
>>12539651
Nope, and It doesn't appear to fix my problems with the 8BitDo controller (the extra buttons can only be mapped as copies of other buttons, the gyroscope doesn't work at all).
>>
I just use the OG controllers on my mister

Board is worse than /v/.

It was an arcade game crossover between Pokemon and Tekken, and it got ported to the Wii U and the Switch.

My xbox360 controller still works and I use it for everything.

Controller thread?
I just wanted to talk about how they put a USB port on an analog stick just so you can update the firmware. These people are nuts.
>>
>>12538095
I have two of them somewhere in my closet, when the switch was new and there wasn't a lot of 2d controller options these were great, but I'd rather just use my pro 3 now.

If they ever do a pokken 2 and do a wireless version I'd grab it, they're nice.
>>
>>12541096
I've heard good things about these, but they're so ugly, they just feel bootleg, makes me not want to buy one. They'd make decent ps1 pads, I wonder if the adapters support them yet.
>>
What benefits does it offer over M30 2.4g
