hi, I have in my possession an unreleased Atari game from the 8-bit era that is still technically owned by Sega under copyright. its 100% complete but was never released due to Sega pulling the company they owned out of the Atari market and cancelling release. this was in the year 1990.anyway I know the coder of the game and he's pissed it was never released, he's now dying and has decided to release it anyway, and Sega will know he is the source.where is the best place to release this (for free) so it gets maximum exposure and to make a dying man happy?
