It's just a Willyvania-like-lite. Not much to talk about other than it being one of the few Willyvanias on the Sega System. Though naming your game after explosive diarrhea from consuming 3rd world squalor is pretty based.

It's fucking brutal on Coleco, however. Almost impossible to make some jumps without being burned to a poof of smoke cinder. Very touchy controls which suck as it's otherwise a great port.
