I'd have to do some soul searching to see if there are any other answers but off the top of my head I remember being extremely frustrated trying to get all golds in the various non-story missions in timesplitters 2. I do remember thinking getting platinum the banana collection challenge where you are the wood golem and are on fire (so have to get N bananas before you die) was legit impossible and to this day I never did it. Does mean seeing people get all platinum in the game makes me kinda salty to this day if only because of all the struggles I had getting gold and knowing there is a threshold to do better.
