I'd say so, it has an interesting character swap mechanic where Fred and Barney have specific abilities needed to clear levels. (I've only played the first one as the infamous "Grand Dad", though, so take my word for a grain of salt.)

What's stopping you from buying pic related and download the rom? Or just download the rom and emulate.

It's the second most expensive loose cartridge retail game. You can write off slabs and even CIB (to an extent) as priced solely due to collectibility, but a loose cartridge being able to regularly clear a grand (no) would seem to imply that at least a decent number of buyers are at least partially wanting a copy that they can play and not just as a shelfpiece.
