Honestly I've never be any combination of sonic 3 and/or knuckles. I remember playing the 1st level of knuckles and thinking how cool it was but the mechanical lift gimmick sucked and then I got bored. I played the 1st level of 3 and thought it was really cool, then after I cleared itt I got bored. I think there was a water level, I remember being fed up with the drowning mechanic by that point, the floaty physics and I just remember thinking how much more fun aquatic ruin zone is. I cleared it a few times but I'd lose interest pretty quickly.
