If you have an AMD/Intel GPU, give up.
for GPU's, try 3080+ if you want at least a decent experience.
Ryzen 3000+ and intel's i5, i7 10th+ gen CPU's
Many games are playable, but a sizeable chunk is too demanding

It's funny how some shadman ps4 games runs better than a quarter of xemu titles and requires less powerful hardware

tl;dr: it's shit. try pc/multiplat/decomps ports.

The PC version has a weird problem with Downhill Drift events where I only get matched against 0 point opponent scores, meaning it's a guaranteed win.

Get a wii for a few bucks (a model with four gamecube controller ports), crack the wii and play the gamecube NFSU2 version on nintendon't (gamecube iso launcher). Bonus the wii can easyly be pluged on hdmi. The hardest part is mabe finding a good gamecube controller. (chinese copies are too sensitive on analog stick)

Terrible.
Performance Is not good, cutscenes perform even worse and even if everything runs well you are gonna encounter some glitch/bug.
This and 360 emulation are just not gonna happen.
