What is the best casino video game?
>>12563869i can't imagine anyone would play these except 50 year old diabetics with a missing leg
>>12563869Casino Games on the SMS is a classic. Parlor Games is kind of shit.
>>12563869San Andreas, because you actually get to use the money.
Sonic 2

>>12563873being deep in the red and having to fight off debt collectors until you pay it off was pretty fun
Any casino games where the girls take off their clothes? Asking for a friend, haha
>>12564007i know there are strip poker and strip mahjong games, but casino ones seems to be less popular. maybe because the average japanese salaryman was already happy with his virtual ero mahjong.
>>12563869for me, it's either picrel or Sonic Adventure.
>>12564021>average japanese salaryman>happy
>>12563946Casino Kid is cool because your opponents have "tells" which makes sense for poker but also it applies to roulette for some reason.Anyway I like Vegas Dream and it's sequel Vegas Stakes as it includes lots of non-gambling "events" which can earn you extra money.I think you could make a really compelling "gambling RPG" game.
>>12563946>Be me>The Casino Kid>Yes, that Casino Kid>Defeat ALL the gamblers in the US>ProfitHe defeated all 6,000,000 of us? Than why is his prize only $1,000,000? Did everyone wager less than $0.20? Sounds like nobody lost almost

Dragon Quest 4
It's a toss up between Police Quest: In Pursuit of the Death Angel and Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards.
It's not a casino game but I love gambling in Shenmue 2 and it's weirdly one of the most comprehensive gambling systems I've seen in any game. There are about a dozen different types of games in it and then several versions of all those with different odds and payouts spread out around the world.Money is pretty tight in the game and to even get any you have to work a job that involves a long and intentionally annoying minigame that really does feel like work lol. Win a few rounds in an entry level gambling game and then you can seek out the ones that require bigger buy ins but offer larger payouts. A bunch of NPCs in the game also can give you gambling tips, telling you where secret games are located or other things. I found somebody that told me one of the guys that runs a certain game isn't good at counting and it's easier to win at his table by betting a certain way. Sure enough it was true and I won thousands of dollars. There are certain parts of the game where you're hit with a money roadblock and need it to progress but the main thing to spend them on is the capsule toys which are pretty cool and feature different Sega characters. Hell some figures themselves require gambling to acquire, either by lottery or by winning special gambling stalls where the prizes are figures instead of cash. However if you're down on your luck and out of cash you can sell your figures to pawn shops of which there are like 20 of and all have different rates for every individual figure. So then if you want you can pop into every store to compare going rates to try and maximize your return. It's all really entirely unnecessary if you're just casually going through the game but it's pretty fun if you decide to engage with it and want to collect every figure. Or you can just be lame and savescum before every bet you place.
>>12563869This one sucks
>>12564662I forgot to mention you can also work for some of the gambling stalls to earn money and it completely changes the dynamic and it suddenly becomes a competitive game. If you don't win and earn money, you don't get paid for your time.
