Is an obvious statement that the speaker does not have any "empathy" for others and it's a performative act to get something from you.Just because a character is dying, raped, traumatized, or is trauma-dumping on-screen doesn't suddenly make something emotional.Fuck it, let's say the MGS series requires it.

These things are included in most stories and imo it's more impactful in a well rounded story than one trying really hard to be "emotional."Everyone has emotions and emotional intelligence, even the sociopaths and psychopaths. Lots of women just want to believe that they're special and their emotions are stronger. But by saying you have more emotional interest that directly states you don't understand or even see the emotions of others, ironically making you seem low empathy.
