This happens all the time when playing old games at higher than native res which is why I stopped doing it years ago, it tends to break a lot of stuff like lighting effects, shadows and especially depth of field as seen here. Stop being a faggot and just play it at 480p, it looks better like that anyway.

I always felt that the soft-looking world in this game failed to match the relatively sharp-looking characters. It doesn't look like this does much to change that though.Not a huge deal regardless. It's generally a nice-looking game.
