why wont mario give the mario advance series the all-stars treatment?

>all in one collection
>advance gets a level select screen and can now track which levels you got all mushrooms in for "true" 100%
>advance 2 can fix the farty soundtrack and washed out colors, bring back reentering castles
>advance 3 can have topsy turvy as an unlockable game
>advance 4 can have the E reader levels
