I mean when a game gives you 24 masks in a game that honestly isn't that big, it's expected that a bunch will be redundant.
The fact we went from 2 almost-identical playable characters from OoT to 4 very different characters each with their own gameplay style and quirks really is a testament to how great Majora was as a sequel.Cry about not all masks having a unique gameplay set all you want, you probably aren't even able to take full advantage of the 3 transformation masks in your own gameplay style.

My only real issues with majora is that the time gimmick doesn't really matter The game screams at you theirs a song that practically gives you infinite time removing the pressure and challenge a tight timer was supposed to have, and time doesn't matter outside of like 2 locations The masks and dungeons are fine
