check if your hard drive is:
connected
working
formatted correctly so it is detected
has bootable files
the bios is pointed toward the bootable xbe to launch your dashboard
If "NO" to any of the above address them as you see fit.

No idea about that specific error, but in my experience these are the most common causes of intermittent failures:
>You didn't remove the clock capacitor and now it's leaking on the board and corroding the circuits. Virtually all v1.0-1.5 Xboxes will eventually fail if the clock cap isn't removed.
>There's a bad capacitor on the power board. Look for bulging caps.
>The hard drive is dying.
>The modchip wiring has a cold solder joint.
I've modded/repaired dozens of Xboxes.
