So, I’m trying to buy a copy of this game and found a pal version where the seller just told me region locked when I asked about the disc. Then said they can’t show me the disc to protect themselves. Anyway, it’s like they actively do not want to sell the items they posted and prices for a disc that looks like a cement truck ran over it twice are going for over 100 dollars. Anyone on here actively want to sell their copy for 80-90 dollars? Also let’s talk about Def Jam fight for NY because it’s an awesome fighting game which will never get a rerelease due to all the licensed music they apparently didn’t even pay the artists for first time around (which would never fly today because the would be sued out of existence and a remaster or whatever would mean they’d have to sell 20 million copies min just to recoup the money they’d have to spend on the music license alone).

I had a buddy who modded my system and another buddy who was very technically gifted in that area and they still had issues w it everytime I tried bringing it over to their house. Either way, I just want a physical copy of the game. I’ll burn it on my Xbox but I still want the physical copy. U may not agree w it or whatever but it’s not a hard concept to understand. Did anyone ever create any really cool CaWs for this game? Looking at gamefaqs and not really seeing anything. I don’t know how far you can go w the create a character in this like other games where you can make fighters based pop culture like can you make a fighter that resembles spiderman or something, and is there a website or link to some really cool CaWs to add into the game to any further push the roster out past the 60+ playable characters? Also the audio in this game just kicks ass. Throwing an opponent into a caddy or slamming them into the wall leaves a very satisfying bone crunching sound, which makes sense the audio is so good considering it’s centered around rappers beating the holy hell out of each other. Still, I’m not finding much in my searches for people who made some really cool or unique or pop culture referenced CaWs like I have for games like Wrestlemania 2000 or No Mercy.
