Any difference between Mosnter Attack and the original Japanese game?

The OG has the voices still. I don't recall any differences otherwise. They removed the Jap Dub and didn't dub at all for Monster Attack

There was an iso someone made of Monster Attack with the Jap Dub added back. If you need screaming Japs in your ear.

Mainly this. It doesn't look like a great deal, but sometimes you'll find yourself waiting like +15 seconds between enemy waves because they removed the voices in the background but didn't adjust the wave spawning time. Also, for some reason they removed the "New!" sign next to a newly found weapon, so you have to remember your drops.
There's also a Vita version, but never played it.
