Recently finished Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean.Has anyone else on /vr/ played this game?If you can get past how slow it is at the beginning you're in for a fantastic ride.Despitd the linearity of the game world the pre-rendered backgrounds are a visual treat, being both gorgeous and creative.Although the plot might be standard JRPG fare it handles it's twists pretty well I'd say.

The music is also God-tier, far better than I remembered courtesy of Motoi Sakuraba.Obviously I highly recommend turning off the voice acting as the dub is one of the worst in gaming history.
Was having fun playing this a little while ago, though I don't think I quite got to grips with the combat system
