Spooky season js coming. What are some good spooky rpgs or rpgs with spooky areas? Yesterday I finished Succubus Prison (NSFW). Survival horror RPG where you have to find a way to escape a house filled with Succubi that want to eat your soul. Kind of cool to see a game go back to the succubus roots. There are no cute lovey dovey succubi here. There are like 50 or so ways to get fucked to death. There is also demon summoning and mystery solving.
Another one i played with splatterhouse rpg. A remake of splatter house.Oddly good for a fantasy remake. Feels like a real sega rpg.
"Look Outside" seems promising. I read it's getting a content update next month, so I'm waiting for that

It takes the idea literally. The way they look at you like food or like psychopaths and then rape you to death is pretty on brand. Almost refreshing in 2025 where succubi have kind of morphed into a stand in for hot girl character that enjoys fucking. But it is bad taste to recommend the game to most people because there are several images of an old woman built like a 11 year old riding dick. It doesnt really matter if she is suppose to be some Disgaea style succubi, she still looks like a 11 year old to most people.

There really should be more Halloween games. Such a fun setting.
Obviously I don't recommend playing this game without playing the original game first but this one is worth playing, an enjoyable spooky RPG.

What are some good horror RPGs worth checking out besides picrel? I don't care if they're indie, new or old, as long as there's a strong horror component.hard mode: Preferably games where you can't just grind and/or level up and steamroll everything while still maintaining RPG elements

>>3853621I like both games especially the first one, they are enjoyable turn-based RPGs with interesting stories, memorable characters and great music music (not the best soundtracks but the music is pretty good at times). Like other games developed by Compile Heart, there is a lot of text/dialogue and at times, you'll be reading more dialogue than actually exploring dungeons or fighting monsters but if you don't have a problem with that, they can be fun horror RPGs, or at least. RPGs with horror elements or spooky moments, definitely.
