Tales of Arise pretty much exists purely for its romance story. They commit to it hard, fully and surprisingly early. Points were you need to hose the two down.

As others have said, Berseria is not a romance. If you want romance in Atelier you have to go back to the PS2 games, espeically the Iris series. PS3 and later Atlelier dropped romance.

The rune factory has a shit ton of those adorkable moments being very anime. Rune factory 4 is one of my favorites. 3 is great too. I have mixed feelings about the newer 3d games. There's also Persona with the social sim stuff. Related to this theres Catherine also by altus which has a more adult take on romance and relationships in general it is sometimes kind of cynical even but theres stuff to appreciate there and its not completely bleak. Though I think steam doesn't have the latest Fullbody version which has more content. Valkryia Chronicles has a romance in it between the male and female leads and some more subtle ones between other characters.
