If you think from a rational analysis its actually impossible for such RPG to exist.

A roleplaying setting will require communication as a factor. Therefore it will always either be on the past or the future of current civilization.

If there are no civilizations it will fall in the wasteland category.

If is outside of human interaction it will also fall on the "alien demonic eldritch" since its the definition of non-human communication

If its outside of communication as a factor it will become just a survival game
