I used to, not laugh at you, but find it silly that someone would be a human fighter. I started off liking High Elf assassins, innately, like I thought (and to a degree, still suspect) anyone did. A silver haired, black robed, inconspicuous yet memorable, dagger wielding cold blooded killer what lurks in the shadows and strikes just once. I've repressed those thoughts for a while, considering the edge of it to be too blatant, and easily associated with things I hold in disregard. I've since picked Elven Warlocks, of an edge more obvious and as such less offensive, Human Paladins, a generic yet potentially interesting choice, if you stray from the common archetype, only to eventually accept my true preferences and return to the assassin, with the same mindset that it can be given an interesting character.I oscillated between them constantly. Yet Human Paladin turned to Human Fighter with a flaming sword, as casting spells while fighting is gay. Flames seemed to distract from combat prowess, so they too faded. Human Fighter it remained. Elves are ultimately fags, what can I say. As are assassins. Like nigga you spend half the game in caves fighting spiders, ditch the robes and dagger. When they make a game where you infiltrate parties and take out through subterfuge high-profile men of power, I'll stick to assassin. I never play a Human Fighter in Dishonored. But for RPGs, I suspect I will.
