It reads like ragebait but I'll still reply:
Skyrim is dumbed down compared to Morrowind because statistics have less of impact in your experience. Sure, you may only be able to attack in Morrowind but the difference between Axe 100 and Axe 10 is way more than between attacking and blocking in Skyrim. You need to specialize in order to do any meaningful amount of damage (or damage at all) to an enemy, not to mention how crafting spells gives you a big set of options to explore and fight compared to Skyrim's basic-ass magic system.

Morrowind is literally the New Vegas of elder scrolls games:
Has better rpg elements
Better story
Different factions
No one to stop you from killing anyone
Allows you to kill everyone

It's just that the game isn't fun. You either exploit potions and spells to become OP, or you grind levels efficiently until you actually get good.
Skyrim doesn't have that issue. Game is streamlined, yes, but fun for most people, doesn't require number crunching and grinding for you to get good, and if you want to be OP, it also has potion exploits.
Skyrim is just more fun. Simple as that.
