What’s your all‑time favourite RPG dungeon?
For me it's DD:DA's Bitterblack Isle, nothing comes even close to it.

Dwemer ruins are usually cool. I was doing the thieves guild mission, getting beat up by a horde of falmer, and as I'm running away near death I hear a dwemer centurion entering the battle. When I heal up and look back, I see the centurion surrounded by dead snow elves. I jump down and help Brynjolf and Karliah topple the big robot. Kino mission from start to finish. Fun entrance, cool final showdown with an indiana jones style escape.

I have fond memories of Dagolar's dungeon from Shattered Lands, particularly the part about the zombie brother.

Probably the Gold Mine in Earthbound with the mole bosses. Maybe ADOM's Infinite Dungeon? I do kinda wish Dragon's Dogma 2 had actual dungeons, but the open world could be considered a mega dungeon, since it's not trivial to navigate or find things. And I just refuse to tolerate any negative commentary about either of the Dragon's Dogma games. Kingmaker had good dungeons. Wrath had several good dungeons. Underrail's GMS Compound and Junkyard are pretty iconic and fantastic dungeons. The final dungeon in Final Fantasy 6 was pretty epic and unforgettable. Deadfire's Old City Ruins dungeon was definitely the largest in the game, I think, and very good for being a relatively open-roam layout and classic boss at the end.

I don't like dungeons, I prefer overland adventures.

The Liber Ark from Trails SC. It contrasts really well with the low-stakes adventures you've had up to this point.
