Are there any good rpgs with difficult and impactful choices?
Most rpgs ive played that have had an emphasis on player choice tend to only have choices that just boil down to "do you want to be good? or do you want to be EVIL!" with little to no moral complexity.

nee vegas is one of the rpgs that isn't like that.....most of the time at least. some quests definitely do just offer you two paths
