ITT: NPC-only items, whenever they're ally-exclusive, enemy-exclusive, or only barely exist as a hackaround to make the game work.I'll start off with Imoen's Belt, an odd belt that appears on Imoen at the start of Baldur's Gate 2. It doesn't have any listed effects, but it grants Imoen a staggering amount of immunities to ensure that she will survive the first dungeon for plot reasons. As far as I know the only way to kill someone wearing this belt is by draining a stat to zero.
