I guess I don't see what's wrong with the art style, it looks fine. I'm more concerned that the procedurally generated campaign maps will begin to feel samey and lack clear reasoning for a campaign. I mean Silesia's geography determined so many of the campaigns fought there, to replace it with a random map each time seems weak. Especially if your army has to stay in a single blob. Plus, the object seems to be to destroy the enemy army, which is not necessarily what campaign objectives should be in the 7 years war. We'll see, but with so few options, I'll probably still pick it up

Alright, I AM looking forward to it next month, the battles alone look very enjoyable to me. The FTL lite shit they got is pretty cool, think I'll main Russia and be a hoard of raiding, barely trained retards.
However I have some complaints, namely the art style.

It's his YouTube channel art style and wether or not it translated well to vidya us up to the beholder but I do wish he went with a more realistic art style.

The state of this sad, pathetic thread. One lone OPfag shitting up and just posting complete assblasted vitriol in response to legitimate criticism. The art style is probably the worst I've ever seen in a computer game. And the idea of randomly generated battles for an historic-styled game is just sad. Overall, it's a terrible idea coupled with awful execution, and the creator and his fans should feel bad.
