I get nervous whenever a big battle or something else big is about to happen, and save + quit the game to play it later. I play my strategy video games only in short bursts.
I've been playing a shogun 1 campaign for like 3 weeks
Feels known.For some reason I find them extremely taxing, yet if I didn't just stop and take breaks I would be sitting there playing up until dawn.
One time I spent an entire day playing HOI4 Germany and felt physically exhausted by the end and actually ended up getting a fever somehow. One of the weirdest things that ever happened to me

I save before big battle because I know it will take a lot of energy and I am a wagie so will play it tomorrow.
I have this thing that playing a campaign, after the level I keep thinking about what I could have done better, but at the same time I don't want to replay the level because it took so long and I want to continue.And I am wide awake and can't sleep because I keep thinking of that stuff.That's a big reason why I don't play strategy games often, because I keep thinking about them 24/7.
