No.The devs just claim that most of build OP and nerf them to the ground, when buff their favorite builds into S tier.
DLC still shit. Rng with perks still shit. Vehicles still take 3 slots. Farm enemies for rss still viable.Balance (especially endgame) still shit, but in another direction: you will use dev's favorite builds or you will lose vs bloated enemies.
Need to code too much changes in build for make it playble. I didn't want to spent week of time coding for 20 or 30 hours of play.
