I'm a H3 fanboy (honorary mentions to 2, 4 and 5) and I like it though I didn't play much. The music is kinda bland as is the artstyle, plus it's slow (or I didn't find the animation speed up options) but it does scratch the HoMM and "one more turn" itch.

The addition of Laws to the game has added a lot more then I thought it would.I find it pretty funny how gold orientated the Castle Laws are. Castles is also tied with Dungeon for the most expensive Law at 6 Law points but Castle gets theirs at Tier 2 while dungeon gets theirs at Tier 5. The fact that you can build twice in your cities can be massive.
