I enjoy games where you can customize your troops as much as possible. For example, being able to choose their weapons and armor is really fun. However, I’ve noticed that not many games offer this feature. I love watching my troops fight with the weapons I picked out for them or seeing them wear the gear I selected.just like modded mount and blade

Beefed up, expensive, my most elite unit. And when they went to war, I made sure that none of them would die despite being at the front and center of every fight.
Terminator Dark Fate Defiance is full of it allowing you to change unit's role completely

Battle Brothers lets you do this. Each piece of armor is modeled on your troops, as are their weapons.
