I love this game. Leagues ahead of any other economic simulation.
>>2179223It does not even simulate nation-wide economics. It is barely a finance simulator.Millennium Dawn for HoI IV is far superior and actually models the inter-national geopoliticial economics and imbalances tempered against war.
>>2179223would have been perfect if it weren't for the 3x3 grid. either drop it, or go all-in on the design optimization.also, this game was innovative in the 90s, still good in 2000s, but it's very dated now. it really does feel like a one-man band the whole thing.with add-ons though, that's a completely different game, but they take 5 years to come out each. and because it's played by autists, price won't drop.If it were done by a bigger studio, dev would have been quicker, and we would have loads more content.saying that, still love the game, and agree it's still best econ sim out there, hands down.>>2179274inter-city simulation could be more interactive, but is still there.however, economy interaction within the city is definitely there, and your actions affect it all. when you get big enough, you can definitely cause booms and busts.but you can always post here:https://www.capitalism2.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=14&sid=03ae30b334593d2e18073446735cd773
>>2179223What about Wall Street Raider anon? I feel like its a great simulator too.
>>2179223yup, I agree, but it has dlc creep, which is preventing me from doing the whole game. >>2179303IIRC, in one of the DLC now you can add levels to your shop. I agree though, the lack of variety for a costco size grocery store is silly.
>>2185052hmm?
