Sucks Cartel Tycoon was fucked over by Tiny Build. That game had a ton of potential and soul.

You had your setup phase where you prepared everything from buying gangers and using their actions to set up businesses, get extortion done, and start dealing with rivals. With the phase afterwords being the more real time part of it as the week goes by and your actions happen. The second game tossed that setup phase and made it feel less cohesive as a result to me.
