organized crime, spook agencies, cults, revolutionary corps, etc - any kind of shady organization that operates in an urban, semi-modern setting. Lots of potential, not very many games, and most of those few suck. Anything you'd recommend?

I wanted to like this game, but the economy part is very simple and linear and the combat feels bad to play.

Sucks Cartel Tycoon was fucked over by Tiny Build. That game had a ton of potential and soul.
