it makes no sense that you are disincentivized from founding towns/cities on high value RGOs. For example, Lviv was the only major town in the area of Red Ruthenia but since it produces Dyes it's better to make it a rural location and found a town somewhere else in the province so you can get more levels of the RGO. I think they should categorize the RGOs so you only lose on stuff like Wheat, Wild Game etc. Losing Dyes/Gold/Silver etc is retarded. If anything you should get increased max levels of those AND even higher Production Efficiency bonus to the buildings that use your Location's RGO.

The problem is even bigger if your starting city is on a good RGO, if you were playing Halych you are sitting on the only Dye RGO in eastern Europe outside of Danzig which is also a city.Im playing Muscovy, it's 1380 and Lviv has 17k people living there and max level 6 of Dyes.40 years isnt that much but if you downgraded to rural you would make more profit And Im not talking about whether it's worth it to downgrade and build another town elsewhere in the province. It just doesnt make sense that you are weakening your economy by having towns on high value RGOs
