>>2260955For starters, you can repair and upgrade gear, which singlehandedly unfucks the economy and doesn't make the helmet with 2 more protection cost 2000x more. You can repair looted low quality weapons and make solid cash on it. Upgrades of high-end items can end up being pricey but it's still a fracture compared to the full price. For me this gives it the edge over basically every other mod and I wonder why it's so uncommon.Other than that, stamina system, good tournaments, good arena, sailing and boarding battles, much better party/prisoner system (the bigger your party the more prisoners you can take, prisoner management as a skill ceases to exist), very nicely done castles, the main quest is okay-ish, the usual "make your own faction" questline, many very distinct and good compaions, the whole map and items just look great and many, many more.Once again, it's built on Viking Conquest, so stuff like the ability to read is important too.Troop upgrade trees don't seem too unusual compared to vanilla but I'm not complaining about them.
