as I remember it, it's less a strategy game and more of a sandbox builder
but it's been a few years since I played, maybe it gained some depth since then, but I doubt that with the mobile first design and all

at the beginning it was nice, then they fucked up when they added a shit ton of micro purchases and deleted my savegames even though i had an account. Fuck them
